* The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets. Keep your ticket safe.
* Strictly no tracksuits / trainers ok.
* Tickets are security printed and should only be purchased from official agencies.
* Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
* Beware of forgeries.
* Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of K&R Events limited.
* No alcohol / drinks / food / bottles / cans / illegal substances / golfing brollies / perfume bottles / canisters to be brought into event site.
* Food & drink is allowed into the campsites
* Strictly no illegal substances.
* You will be body searched at the entrance.
* Any items which the organisers consider may be used as weapons will be confiscated.
* Strictly no portable laser equipment or pens will be allowed onto the site.
* Ticket holders consent to the photography/filming and/or sound recording of themselves as part of the audience.
* No unauthorised filming or sound recording.
* No animals/fires/flares or burning of plastic.
* Strictly no trading allowed on site without the promoters consent.
* The promoter reserves the right to change the bill without notification.
* No unauthorised busses, coaches or sound systems will be allowed on site.
* No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted into the arena.
* Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
* The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.
Other Important Information
Disabled facilities are available.
* This is a green field site, please be aware of ground conditions.
* Warning, exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
* Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.
* It is important to bring warm clothing for the night period.
* There is a Magic Village on site selling food and drink.
* Official merchandise will be on sale on site.
* Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
* Please respect the residents of the Isle of Anglesey and enter and leave as quietly as possible.
* Please keep the streets tidy, use litter bins provided.
* Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, this ticket is for an event and not a specific artiste/band.
* K&R Events Limited reserve the right to change the bill or running times without prior notice.
* Drivers enter car parks at own risk, uneven surfaces likely.
* As of July 2007 no smoking is permitted in enclosed public areas.
Filming / Photography
Please note that by entering the event you consent to being photographed and televised by means of a tape or video recording that may be used currently (i.e live) and / or at a later date.
* On entering the site you release all film crews and photographers and any worldwide affiliates and their sponsors of any liability for any loss, damage or injury to person or property during or in connection with such filming or photography.
* You also hereby grant Kiddstock and its successors and assigns, the right to use and to permit others to use your name, voice and likeness and all or any part of the photographs and / or recording of any type made of your appearance in all media worldwide and perpetuity.
* You warrant your rights to authorise such use.
Challenge 21
Kiddstock is a strictly over 18s event
* We will be operating a challenge 21 ID policy.
* If you can’t provide photographic and holographic Identification when asked, your ticket will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the festival.
* So if you are lucky enough to look under 21 please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
* This Includes
o A photo drivers license
o A passport
o A PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) proof of age card
* We advise that you invest in a PASS card rather than a passport or driving license as we wouldn’t want you to lose them in all the excitement.
