Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: The festival is licensed for people of 18 years or older. Identification will be required and under 18''s will be refused entry.

Q: What should I do if I want to purchase a ticket but I live outside the UK?
A: You can purchase your tickets in the normal way through our website and just follow the instructions given.

Q: Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?
A: Tickets can be purchased in cash from Independant Outlets which are listed in the Tickets section of the website.

Q: I am unable to attend but have already bought my ticket. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately Kiddstock does not offer any refunds on tickets.

Q: I have purchase a ticket off KF24/7 but still not received it yet?
A: Do not worry! Tickets will be sent out 4 weeks before the event.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the day?
A: Yes but we strongly suggest that you purchase tickets in advance.
